Dr Marc Schüffner, LL.M. offers advice on all regulatory aspects of health legislation to national and international companies, and to the public sector. Alongside care facilities, hospitals, medical treatment centres etc., his clients also include manufacturers of drugs and medical products, hospitals and public authorities.
A further area of focus is corporate law. He has many years of experience acting as a legal representative in all levels of the administrative courts as well as before the Federal Constitutional Court. He advises on regulated sectors, including gaming laws.

Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair for Constitutional and Administrative Law, Public Commercial Law and Social Law, mentored by Dr Helge Sodan (Free University of Berlin) and for the German Institute of Health Legislation (DIGR). After studying law at the Free University of Berlin, Dr Marc Schüffner, LL.M. completed his legal training in Berlin. He then gained a doctorate with a doctoral scholarship at the Free University of Berlin, mentored by Prof. Helge Sodan, with a constitutional law thesis and completed a master's degree in medical law.
He is a specialist lawyer for administrative law and for medical law as well as a certified Healthcare Compliance Officer.
He was admitted to the bar in 2001.
